Membership
Please complete the Membership Form and post to the membership secretary with the correct payment. The address can be found printed on the bottom of the form. Becoming a member requires you to agree to the club rules.
Players can spread the annual payments by also filling in the Standing Order Form and then return both forms to the Membership Secretary or Team Manager.
